coeo continues its European growth journey and is now establishing operations in Finland. Entering the Finnish market strengthens the group's Nordic presence and supports the increasing demand for modern, customer-focused debt collection services in the region.
Finland represents a strategic market where companies are looking for solutions that combine technology, efficiency, and a respectful approach toward customers, while remaining fully compliant with the regulations of the Finnish market. With coeo’s experience across Europe, the new operation will combine modern technology with an empathetic approach and scalable processes, tailored to the needs of Finnish businesses.
The new coeo office is located in central Helsinki. The expansion will be overseen by Pernilla Almström, CEO for Sweden and Finland, together with Anniina Alinen, Country Lead for coeo Finland, who will drive the local market development.
