coeo among the Top 10 most attractive employers in Sweden, according to women 2026
- coeo Sweden ranks on Karriärföretagen’s Top 10 list of employers within social sciences
- The results are based on responses from 5,056 female students and young professionals
- The survey reflects how the next generation of talent views future employers
coeo Sweden has been ranked among the Top 10 most attractive employers within the Social Sciences category in this year’s survey conducted by Karriärföretagen.
The survey was conducted between October 15, 2025 and February 12, 2026 within Karriärföretagen’s student and young professionals networks. Participants were asked the following question:
“Which three of the employers selected as a Career Company 2026 do you consider the most attractive?”
The results have been compiled into Top 10 lists across several fields of study, including economics, law, engineering, IT, real estate brokerage, social sciences and tech.
“Being ranked among the Top 10 within Social Sciences is a strong recognition that our way of working – with a focus on technology, innovation and people – is valued by the next generation of talent,” says Pernilla Ambratt, People & Culture Manager at coeo in Sweden.

Definitions used in the survey
- Karriärföretagen’s student and young professionals network consists of more than 30,000 members, around 55% of whom are women.
- Young Professionals: individuals aged 25–35 who have obtained an academic degree within the past 1–8 years
- Students: individuals currently enrolled at a university or college in Sweden
